1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Custom-made or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your AUModernJewellery.com account
- Navigate to “Order History” and select the item(s)
- Complete the return request form
- Package items securely in the original box and protective packaging
- Ship using the provided return label (or a tracked service for international returns)
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn, unaltered, and free of damage
- In the original packaging with all certificates, cards, and authenticity tags
- Accompanied by the completed return form
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/video of the issue
- We will arrange a free return & replacement or full refund
7. International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes
8. Store Credit Option
Prefer an instant store credit instead of a refund? Request it during the return process.
9. Lost or Delayed Returns
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. AUModernJewellery.com is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
